There are many benefits of regular
participation in sport and physical education, including physical,
psychological, social and intellectual. Physical benefits of regular participation in sport and
physical education are physical fitness, sport skill and active life style.

psychological well-being. Social advantages can be gained through social
interaction while playing sport or task in physical education, they are
cooperation, leadership, and empathy. For
intellectual benefits, it has already been proved by the results of many modern
researches showing that physical activities encourage cognitive performance by
directly influencing brain work or modifying learning behaviour. Human

will enable a society to resolve the society’s problems. Thus, sport and
